Overview

Working alongside YMU, we partnered with ShxtsNGigs to develop a merchandise programme capable of growing alongside one of the world's biggest podcasts.

Across multiple collections, international tours and landmark live shows, we translated the personality of the podcast into physical products people genuinely wanted to wear.

From product concepts and creative direction through to photography, eCommerce and fulfilment, we created a connected merchandise system built for an increasingly global audience.

Project Statistics

  • Multiple merchandise collections developed and launched
  • Bespoke product created for a sold-out O2 Arena show
  • International tour collection for Australia & New Zealand
  • Multi-category ranges spanning apparel and accessories
  • Merchandise developed for both eCommerce and live environments
  • End-to-end delivery from concept through to fulfilment

Our RESULTS

What began as merchandise has developed into an evolving product platform capable of supporting ShxtsNGigs across digital, live and international audiences.

Each collection has created another opportunity for the community to connect physically with the brand, while allowing the product offering to mature alongside the scale of the podcast itself.

From the familiar log cabin to a sold-out night at the O2 and international touring, the merchandise has become part of the moments that define the wider ShxtsNGigs story.

THE CHALLENGE

ShxtsNGigs had built an instantly recognisable world on screen.

The opportunity was to take that identity beyond the podcast without falling into the conventions of traditional creator merchandise.

As the audience and live show footprint grew, the product offering needed to evolve with it. Each release had to feel distinctive enough to create its own moment while remaining connected to the wider ShxtsNGigs brand.

From core merchandise to an O2 Arena exclusive and international touring, the system also needed to work across very different audiences, locations and occasions.

Our Solution

We developed a flexible product and creative system that allowed ShxtsNGigs merchandise to evolve across multiple collections while retaining a consistent identity.

For the core range, we looked directly at the world audiences already associated with the podcast. The duo's recognisable log cabin set became inspiration for a jersey collection, translating an established piece of the show's visual identity into a wearable product.

For their landmark sold-out O2 Arena show, we created a bespoke varsity jacket designed specifically for the occasion. Rather than conventional event merchandise, the jacket became a collectible marker of a major moment in the ShxtsNGigs story.

As the live show expanded internationally, we developed dedicated merchandise for the Australia and New Zealand tour, including premium headwear, graphic T-shirts and tote bags designed for both the location and audience.

Across each release, we supported the product with photography, digital assets, eCommerce and live show creative, ensuring the experience remained connected from first announcement through to fulfilment.

Acifin Perspective

Great merchandise should carry the world of a brand with it.

For ShxtsNGigs, the opportunity wasn't simply to put logos onto products. It was to identify the references, moments and visual cues their audience already had a relationship with and turn them into something physical.

A podcast set became a jersey. A landmark O2 show became a bespoke varsity jacket. An international tour became its own collection.

By connecting Product and Creative with eCommerce, live experiences and fulfilment, we've built a merchandise system that can continue to evolve wherever ShxtsNGigs goes next.
