Overview

Working alongside Jack and the Kicks Force team, we helped extend the brand beyond sneaker retail, creating a more connected identity across digital, product and physical experiences.

From designing the Kicks Force eCommerce experience to developing exclusive apparel for Crepe City, our role was to translate the brand's position within sneaker and streetwear culture across every customer touchpoint.

The partnership also expanded into Sub Cult, a sub-brand of Culture Force, where we supported the development of multiple apparel collections and helped establish a distinct product identity within the wider brand ecosystem.

Project Statistics

  • Complete Kicks Force eCommerce experience designed
  • Custom apparel developed for Crepe City
  • Products created for both team wear and retail
  • Multiple apparel collections developed for Sub Cult
  • Product range expanded across T-shirts, hoodies and joggers
  • Brand experience extended across digital, physical retail and live events

Our RESULTS

The partnership created a more cohesive Kicks Force experience across eCommerce, apparel and events.

Rather than the brand existing solely as a destination for sneakers, custom apparel introduced another way for its audience to engage with Kicks Force while strengthening its presence within the wider streetwear community.

The development of Sub Cult extended that thinking further, demonstrating how the wider business could use product and creative to build distinct identities for new propositions.

THE CHALLENGE

Kicks Force already existed within a culture where product, community and credibility matter.

The challenge was ensuring the brand experience surrounding the sneakers felt just as considered as the products it sold.

Online, Kicks Force needed an eCommerce platform capable of communicating its identity while providing a seamless retail experience.

Offline, there was an opportunity to take the brand into spaces where its audience already existed, creating apparel that could be worn by the team while becoming a sellable product in its own right.

As the business expanded through Culture Force and Sub Cult, that thinking also needed to stretch into new brands and product categories.

Our Solution

We approached Kicks Force as an ecosystem rather than a collection of individual deliverables.

At the centre was a redesigned eCommerce experience, creating a digital home that reflected the visual language of contemporary sneaker and streetwear culture while keeping product discovery and conversion at its core.

We then took the brand into the physical world.

For Crepe City, we developed a range of custom Kicks Force T-shirts designed for the team to wear and sell during the events. The pieces helped create a stronger physical brand presence while turning the team themselves into part of the experience.

Our work subsequently expanded into Sub Cult, where we supported the development of several apparel collections featuring graphic-led hoodies and joggers, allowing us to explore a new visual direction while remaining connected to the wider Culture Force world.

Acifin Perspective

A brand becomes stronger when its identity travels with it.

For Kicks Force, that meant ensuring the experience didn't stop at the website or the sneakers being sold.

The digital platform created the home. Crepe City brought Kicks Force into the community. Apparel gave people another way to interact with the identity. And Sub Cult opened the door to building something new within the wider Culture Force ecosystem.

By connecting digital experience, graphic design and product development, we helped Kicks Force build a brand presence that could exist wherever its audience did.
